Billing and your first appointment
Billing
We invoice according to the official German medical fee schedule (Gebührenordnung für Ärzte, GOÄ). Patients with private health insurance, and those entitled to Beihilfe, the allowance scheme for German public servants, submit the invoice to their insurer.
We treat patients with statutory health insurance in exactly the same way. They even make up the larger part of our patients, and they cover the costs themselves. We tell you beforehand what to expect.
Your first appointment
You will usually wait one to two weeks for a first appointment. We are able to take on new patients because our consultation hours are long.
